This winter, the resort opens its doors from December 21, 2024 to March 16, 2025!

The resort, located in the Hautes-Pyrénées region of France, boasts a breathtaking high-mountain backdrop. Its exceptional panoramic views of the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Brèche de Roland and the many 3000m peaks in the vicinity make for an incomparable spectacle.

Natural snow, breathtaking scenery, slopes for all levels, little waiting at the ticket offices and lifts... Gavarnie-Gèdre offers you the most beautiful vision of skiing pleasure.

Suitable for all levels, the ski area offers 25 runs:
- 5 green, 10 blue, 6 red and 4 black
- the longest green run in the Pyrenees, "Les Marmottes" and its 5.5 km
- 32 km of alpine runs at altitudes of between 1820 and 2322 m
- 7 lifts (2 chairlifts and 5 drag lifts)

A tobogganing area is available free of charge for young and old alike.

The resort also offersa snowshoe trail, 2 cross-country ski trailsanda new Nordic ski area.

PS: Dear customers, we are aware of your disappointment at the closure of the "Belvédère" 4-seater chairlift. A ground movement no longer allows safe operation. Our priority is to ensure quality service on our lifts and slopes. We are therefore considering repositioning the lift on the existing slopes!
